Good luck, one can buy anything one wants too. Legal or illegal. First thing you should do is go get all your licenses. Get cleared before hand.
You do realize most of these critters people get as pets end up when older in not so good of shape. Someone in my sisters town got a cat, it got into everything and finally got hurt in the farm machinery. They finally got rid of it. Sad fate for such a pretty cat...
Why not just volunteer at the local zoo?

Tigers are wild animals. They are not pets! People think their so adorable, and want to train them while they're young. The realty is that grow up. It's very costly to feed them, plus if you don't have a zoo in your back yard; How are you going to contain this large animal. Also it's illegal.

Do you have ANY clue what a colossally dumb idea that is??? Can you afford the cost of feeding it the 20 pounds or more of meat that it will consume every day when it's an adult? Are you prepared to deal with a 900 pound animal with fangs and claws suddenly deciding to challenge your authority? Where will you keep it? Do you want to collect it's poo and dispose of it everyday?
Think this through, dude...

It is illegal to own dangerous exotic animals (and most tame exotics) as pets. The only way to "own" and train them is to work in a specific place that allows it--zoos, circuses, Vegas shows, etc.
