It's not! All a few Indians have learned to do at their jobs is speak a very poor, almost unintelligible version of English, so major American companies can hire their employers to use their services as their Customer Service reps for the U.S. companies. Usually, after they introduce themselves with an American sounding name (like James instead of Rajah) those employees are arrogant, rude and dispense incorrect or blatantly false information. Just try to get some advise when your phone service is giving you a problem. It's a frickin' joke! Ultimately, some Indian entrepreneurs will make a ton of money while the U.S. companies loose large numbers of pissed off, extremely dissatisfied customers.
