I'm guessing you have a pond right? Your options are pretty limited, in that case, to types of goldfish. Luckily, goldfish come in all sorts of colours:

You can't have any tropical fish, because the water would need to be too warm, and most tropicals are small enough for a turtle to eat. I think you will be limited to large goldfish and koi

How big are you thinking for the fish? That's a major factor in this.
Jack Dempseys are fun fish, but they need a lot of room to swim.
You can't have things that are as small as goldfish, as the turtles will eat them.
Plecos live well with everything, and they eat the algae on the sides of the tank--always a good thing to have.
Definitely not Bettas...their "alternate name" is Japanese Fighting Fish...
I hope that helped a little.

I wouldn't recommend putting any kinds of fish in there with your turtles, they wouldn't last very long considering that turtles put out more waste than fish, but if you want to experiment, I would try the larger tetras. Tetras come in lots of different colors and are pretty hardy, they are non-agressive too. Get an approximity of the length between your largest turtle's eyes, this will help with the decision of how big your fish should be before you put them in your tank, anything larger than that length is usually too big for the reptile to eat.

Quick and simple answer to your question: turtles and fish not a good mix. A turtle can kill and eat fish more then 3 times their size (though not all in one sitting)

Im pretty sure your turtles would eat these fish no matter what they are.
Since you have so many fish related questions, i think you should seek out an aquaria forum like www.aquahobby.com
they can really help!

Plecostomus
Corydoras
Geophagus
Guppy
Shiner
There are variations and subspecies of each of these, that can be colorful, are hardy, and get along great with eachother. I know there are many others that are more spectacular, but these would compliment the turtles well.
