There is this pusball that lives next door to us, and twice a day he stands in his window naked, playing with himself. I've shut my shades, but why should I have to, it's nice outside!!!! Should I call the police, blow the thing off with a shotgun? I will go ballistic if my grand daughter ever sees him!!!!

Take a photo then telll the police, then post it to a dirty agency. Result!

Invite some friends around and when he does it all laugh and point and talk loudly about how small he is to embarace him enough to not want to do it again.
If that doesn't work - and probably a more sensible approach put get your camera, take a photo - WITH YOUR FINGER OVER THE LENSE as this may not be legal where you live - then put a letter in his mailbox telling him that if he does not stop you will inform the police and that your photo is proof.

You have an interesting problem here. You should get some of that fake snow spray for decorating windows. Then late at night you should spray it till it covers the window. It's not permanent, so I doubt the cops will care. He'll be annoyed every time he has to go out and scrape it off.

This is just a suggestion but you might want to go outside, stare right at him & tape him. That way you can show it to the police, because if you call them he'll deny it. But then he might be so intimidated that he'd stop. PS please warn your neighbors who have children

Exposing ones self is illegal. Doesn't matter he's in his own living room, because he has the curtains open for all to see. They'll bust him in a minute. just tell the cops.

He needs to be reported. Some behaviors start out small. He needs to know that it is unacceptable.

if i were u i would make a nice movie and make him somehow stop doing that or make him do it somewhere where no one can see him (yuk)...i think u know what i mean ;-)
