Well if she filed, its public record. You should have been served with divorce papers if you were locatable.

Regardless, if you are divorced why the heck do you care if she remarried?

In order to get a divorce you have to file paperwork with your court system. That is considered public record. You could call your court system and find out. If you were locatable you should have been served papers. If nobody knew wher you were then she legally has to put it somewhere public. Most put it in the newspaper. That legally works as serving you. Then she had to wait awhile. Different states have different laws on this. Then it would have been automatic. She can not get remarried unless she is divorced.

if shes not divorced from you then its against the law to remarry. i dont think u can track down divorce papers but if she hasnt divorced u then she cant get remarried.

if you want to know then go to the county court house and look or you can go where she might be living if not with you and look at that court house .........but if you are like my brother where his wife is living in another state then you might want to get on the Internet and look it up but you will have to pay for it.......go to courtFiles.org
