actually it depends to the parents if they want to name their son kaitlyn. because nowadays, it's just natural to have a boy's name even when you are a girl......so it's really up to the parents and besides changing names is legal nowadays.

If I were a boy and my name was Kaitlyn, I would seriously despise my parents. It's to girly to be a boys name. I know girls and boy who have the name Jesse and Courtney, but I don't know any guy whose name is Kaitlyn, sorry!
