Why don't you invite some friends over and play pictionary, or other board games?
You could serve up some chips and dip. Make some ice tea, or hot tea if it is cold. Or even hot cocoa. Maybe even some sandwiches.
Or try going to visit an old friend, or relative. This will make their day. Or Rent a Movie, and invite your friends over to watch it, instead of playing pictionary. Serve popcorn, and drinks. Doing something I really like to do with others, keeps me from being board.
