I would think it depends on your states laws, but I have never heard of any restriction on time in my state.

relies upon in what State ur in. In Kansas the longest u could have is approximately 60 days. Then u could renew it. right here in Missouri i've got self assurance its approximately 30 days then have been given to resume it.
