Appearance, mannerisms, speech.
Dressing nicely without going overboard. Of course being clean and neat is the way you want the world to see you. Always with a smile on.
Manners. No matter what, you will never see a classy person create a scene in public, or embarrassed themselves in public. They are polite and do not talk down to others, treating everyone the same. Never gossiping about others.
Speech. Speaking in a moderate voice in "proper English" without using slang.
Living the golden rule: Do unto others, etc. No matter how rich or poor you are, you can be classy.
Life is short and you never know what is around the next corner for you. Be prepared and enjoy it.

Polite, interested in others as well as respectful, holding an intelligent and respectable opinion with the ability to express it without anger or apology,quiet but not aloof, confident but humble, not arrogant, argumentative or boastful. Well groomed, dressed well but not extravagant or showy. Unfortunately, I do not possess all of these traits myself. :( These are my personal aspirations.

Manner of dress, attitude, an air about them that is so in control and very sure of themselves they project the air of class all around them the way they walk the way they talk. It is a whole package of concept.

A person who carries themselves with dignity and grace is classy to me. Pride and arrogance are just the opposite.

the opposite of Ghetto. Calm, Quiet, neatly dressed in form fitting clothing,pleasant,even if borderline faking it,well mannered,and compassionate.

They hold themselves with confidence. They exercises good manners, are polite, subtle, and well groomed. They do not draw negative attention to themselves, do not say rude things about others, and do not exhibit poor attitude.

Girls that wear clothes that show all their 'stuff' are NOT classy no matter what they think. Especially overweight girls that think they look hot with all their fat rolls hanging out everywhere. LOL

you don't need to wear expensive clothes just to be classy. even when your'e just wearing a simple one it would be ok...because it's how the person carries himself/herself which becomes him/her classy.
