I would say I'm sincere. I would never step on anyone to get to where I want to be.

I think I am sincere. If I am not truly sincere I can sound sincere because I learned a long time ago I am not the only fish in the sea and it is way easier to live your life if you try to get along. In other words, don't sweat the small stuff.

Sincere. Although I can be tactful when necessary, I usually speak my mind and do things my way. It may not have helped my career when I was working for someone else, but it has definitely helped my self esteem, and has allowed me to succeed in many ways since.
