You need a good pop up blocker. I suggest setting your security and pop up blocker within IE to medium, while downloading a good external pop up blocker as well. I suggest Computer Associates EZTrust.

There is no "sure fire" way to get rid of them. You can download various programs to _help_ get rid of them, but there will never be any guarantee.

1. Run the 6 programs that fight pop-ups, spam, adware, malware, "114,000 FelonMicrosoft Virus Definitions", and slow your Microsfot virus-magnet system to a crawl.
2. Run http://pclinuxos.com that is virus proof, FREE and includes 5500 free games and programs.
