Yes. Region restrictions are more so limited to DVD players. PC Don't care what region the media is from.

Region restrictions are programmed in the firmware of a DVD Player on PC the drivers preform the same function. All Drivers are region free to say as they are universal.

You can change the DVD region settings on any PC DVD device up to 5 times. This is done via "System Properties" & "Device Manager".

not sure - my guess is the internet connection and gt would be high quality yet there is an threat the dashboard would desire to be diverse... one element you would be able to desire to remember however is that the U. S. and uk use diverse electric systems, in case you do import you will would desire to purchase a 220-240v to 110v transformer_ changing the plug or employing an adaptor will reason it to no longer paintings and would desire to destroy it. then you definitely've 6% vat (that's factored in on the till ultimately) and/or the value of uploading it after which you would be fortunate to maintain 50 quid. then you definitely've got problems with the guarantee and professional maintenance, pre-ordering would be annoying and it would be very annoying to sell - imo its lots extra useful to purchase one in the united kingdom.
