Chaotic confusion would result, with the strongest ruling over the weak. At least with world leaders, whether you agree with them or not, there is some direction given for all to follow.

Everyone would carry a six shooter and practice to be a dead eye killer. Everyone would interpret the law (or lack thereof) and become the "enforcer" of his and hers thinking. Sounds a lot like our own "Decider" in Washington DC. Bless his heart.

Blissful anarchy...people think it'll be so chaotic and singularly bad that they dismiss the fact that no one would notice given the current global political scene.
