It has to be Olympique Lyon of France. They are already playing in a league of their own with over 10 points-margin at the top of the French league. Hence, they are at a more comfortable level compared to English teams like Chelsea or Man Utd. who are fighting intensely for the EPL championship.
Lyon also has the luxury to rest some players and rotate the squad (Don't forget, they also have a bunch of world-class players at Houllier's disposal), while fielding a full-strength team in the Champions League. As such, they are able to afford channeling more attention in the Europe's premier competition and they only need a bit more luck to clinch the trophy. Some of the present players like Malouda, Abidal, Gregory Coupet are also world-cup finalists this year which futhur highlight that Lyon is a proven class.
*My favourite player there is Swedish playmaker, Kim Kallstrom. He can unleash powerful shots with either of his foot and is an excellent reader of the game.

Chelsea or Real Madrid because they have very deep line-ups and their managers know the importance of team defence. Everybody first thinks the offence of the teams but the team that is stronger in defence as well as its defence will win the thropy. Chelsea and Real Madrid has lots of offensive stars but their managers prefer to play defensive players.

I think this is the 5th time I'm answering this type of question. I said it B4 and I'm sayin' it again. WE R GONNA SEE A REPEAT OF LAST YEAR. BARCELONA WILL WIN THE UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE.
