I did my masters degree in medical socioly,i wish to know job oppurtinities in abroad?

i want to know the job oppurtinities for 'Medical sociology' in foreign countries and the hospitals who need medical sociologist.
I did medical sociology in loyola college,chennai. It is new in its kind in india.I did two field work in hospitals and one dessertation on "occupational stress and its impact on health" in a multinational company.
