With any luck all of the idiots who thought up the idea will go and live there, there are a million more things to use money and resources on than wrecking the moon and earth as well, just how much pollution do you think such a project will make ?

NASA are going to build something on the moon, woohoo when will we get to use it? When we are rich and can afford a few million for the travel expenses. Why don't they do something useful with the amounts of money they put into space travel etc.

Outer area is a international land. each and anybody can construct everywhere. no human being has to pay employ a twin of in Antarctica. So how provide them authority over the moon land? They weren't even there. The paper is valueless.

well imsure that in 2030 we will be able to go on holiday on the moon so there will have to be shops and other comodities on the moon so anything is possible
