One would need all these and more to qualify as a hero. we have many that live among us every day we are not even aware of for they are too proud to share their moment of selflessness.

Hero
A person that raises from the depths of defeat to right a wrong.
The difference between a hero and a victim is usually the stance taken after a wrong has occured.
At least that is my immediate response.
I don't feel it takes a great person to be a Hero, i believe it is in all.
It sometimes just takes a great cause to bring them out.
