A bare minimum of research proves this out.
The Kurds have been saying this for months and all one must do is seek out independent news sources to see that Baghdad, while hellish, is not representative of the entire country of Iraq.
Or you can look up Mark Steyn who just visited Iraq. The man is a brilliant writer, BTW

This is nice to know, but I have to ask (Just like anyone who gives a statement like this without back up). Do you have proof? It would help shut the Liberal screechers up. If you could show us some ligit proof.

Most of Iraq is peaceful? When were you THERE, dude? I got a son who just came back and got other family who're still there. They say your characterization is a lie! Of course, that's just what one would expect from right-wing fascist thugs. You ain't one of those, are you?

if that were true, that moron on his visit to Iraq would have visited these places and spread the propaganda ......... instead he wasted millions of taxpayer money to pop in and out of Iraq for a few hours to stay in the presidential palace ......... MAYBE HE KNEW SOMETHING YOU DON'T
