Lone Star Comics (mycomicshop.com) has better prices and usually a better selection then Mile High Comics (milehighcomics.com). If you are looking for something specific, then I suggest comparing prices on the two sites.
Scott's Comics (scottscomics.com) is not bad, but has a limited selection.
Also check out Comic Book Resources (comicbookresources.com) which has a listing of comic shops, though it is not always up to date.
Moonstone Books (moonstonebooks.com) is the publisher of the new Phantom books, and has an online shop for their products.

I lived in London for some years and I used to buy a lot of comics from very reliable retailers who also had websites, so you can try:
www.comicana.com
Usually, If they're old comics, they would look for it for you if they don't have it in stock...And, yes they do deal in old comics as well as new! Good luck
