Helping people is healthy. And, yes helping can be a total addiction. If you try it once...you'll wanna do it again and again. Not only does it make other people smile, it'll also make your frown turn upside down!!!

I believe that anything taken to the extreme has potential for harm. Even healthy addictive behavior, ( being an exercise fanatic ) can lead to bodily injury, The human body can only take so much wear & tear. The longer an addiction occurs the harder it is to break. I cannot think of any addiction that doesn't eventually pose some harm to a human beings....Except...praying.

Yes. I think my addiction to breathing, eating 3 meals a day, & pooping has gotten me pretty far in life.
