Depends where you get them from and the licesing agreements. For example on myspace, or maybe garageband, they give it away for free so its not pirating.

Yeah I have. Pirating is not a major offence here I can't stand not downloading at least one song per day, yeah in the net, for free, yes. SO MANY MANY TIMES!
