Both Spain and Mexico are well known for this event. However, the Running of the Bulls is a well known event that takes place in Spain every year, hence I'd say that Spain is best known for bull fighting.

Spain of course! There is bull fighting in Portugal and Mexco also, but it is not considered National Game like Spain. Similar game like catching the Bull by the horns is popular on festive days in Tamil Nadu (South India) also in some parts of Indonesia and Southern France and Andalusia.
