You'll have to have them fall in love first. (red heart) then have them get married and buy a double bed. Have them lay on the bed and relax, click on the sim you don't control and choose Try for a baby. If afterwards you hear a chime then that means the wife is pregnant.

I actual have the Sims 2 Pets for my PS2...i found out which you won't have the ability to have childrens yet you may get married. Theres NO nudity its all blurs. And no 2 tale residences :(. It sucks i understand lol

Well, I have The Sims 2 for the Xbox but the game is the same. Anyway, the answer to your question is NO. You can't have kids on the console version. I've tried everyway possible, but, you can't.

You can't have kids on the console version, just the pc version.
