pumps work good. it streches the skin and cartilidge.
natural male enhancment pills work too. but a pump will give you immidiate results. the pill will work, but the result will not be right away. the pump works better tho. the pill will only enlarge, but not by much.

Yes you can i lived in thailand for a year and my friend got his schlong lengthlened with some extremely minor surgery and some pills he takes
