The most immediate thing you can do is to stop drinking coffee and cola. Smoking is not good either, but that might be harder to stop. Don't over-eat. Don't lie down too soon after eating. Don't burp too much - this carries acid up with the burp.

Antacid would help alot but try drinking cultered drinks or lassi.
Taking note of what (food or drink)is causing your jumpy tummy and regulating your food intact and at shorter interval. If you go without food for a long period and then stuff anything that you come by it may make things worst. Oily and spicy food makes me feel like what your saying.

Feeling nervous or angry really messes up the digestion, as does lack of exercise. So try to be relaxed and calm when you eat.
Just as important, you're probably eating the wrong stuff!
Try to eat cooked and raw fruit and veg, and smaller proportions of starches.

Be sure, it is hyper acidity. Avoid oily, deep fried, spicy foods. Avoid spirits. Take chilled milk- do not drink it just sip it. Homeo. medicine Nux Vomica should be helpful.
But pray, do not ignore it. It can lead to ulcer.
