I sometimes find that certain foods or drinks can make me not just have a jumpy tummy, but feel nauseous too and would like to know of some more natural rather than medical options.

i am a touch for health kinesiologist & integrated energy therapist, i have found that aloe vera juice is most effective and the least intrusive as heartburn remedies go... it is totally natural and u can get it in natural form or mixed with cranberry...its terrific. good luck. Ann

Antacid would help alot but try drinking cultered drinks or lassi.
Taking note of what (food or drink)is causing your jumpy tummy and regulating your food intact and at shorter interval. If you go without food for a long period and then stuff anything that you come by it may make things worst. Oily and spicy food makes me feel like what your saying.

Feeling nervous or angry really messes up the digestion, as does lack of exercise. So try to be relaxed and calm when you eat.
Just as important, you're probably eating the wrong stuff!
Try to eat cooked and raw fruit and veg, and smaller proportions of starches.

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and I give all my patients GINGER (tablet/capsule, crystallised or ginger wine form. NOT GINGER BEER) It's the best thing for travel sickness and all other types.It settles the stomach. Also chamomile or fennel tea You can get these from any health shop

Be sure, it is hyper acidity. Avoid oily, deep fried, spicy foods. Avoid spirits. Take chilled milk- do not drink it just sip it. Homeo. medicine Nux Vomica should be helpful.
But pray, do not ignore it. It can lead to ulcer.

Yes. if taken 30 mins before sleep. You might have acid reflux though. If you get it while lying down, you should check with a doc and see
