I downloaded the trial of Nero 7, problem is, it took forever to download so I went to bed and just got up a little while ago, now when I try finishing it and get to the screen where it says, "user name, organization, and serial number. The number is already on the box, but when I push "next" it says the code has expired. Any ideas?

It may be because someone has downloaded and tried out Nero before on your computer.
