How can you realise if you love someone or you are addicted to him/her.....
Is there any concrete sign to realise what I feel ?????
I am really confused about this topic...Cos this is asked to me and I could not answer it well....
Or this Question is contradiction????

Love and Addiction may or may not be the same thing.
Indeed it is very difficult for the mind to observe itself.
If you seek concrete signs, you must observe your own actions behaviour very carefully. How much time in the day is spent on activities related to the person in question? More importantly, are these actions helping with anything, or are they running counter to what you feel you should be doing instead?

I think it deosent exists any signs when you can understand if it is love or you are addicted to that person. All comes from your heart, but the most important is to know how to prevent this situation...Everery day to be a new one.

That's probably not what you wanted to hear, but i don't think anybody can define what love is.
