the black person said that he has 5,00000 us $.he has the money in the embassy custody.he wants me to give him 350 $ so that he could pay the fee and get the money out of embassy's custody.i think he was a cheater.
please suggest me

Ofcourse ... it is fraud.. Also it happens other parts of world mainly in developing countries, where people are tend more to such temptations. better keep away from it.
Now dear friend, while posting questions in such sites be little more polite. Why should you use "black person " Instead you could have used the word a "a foriegner " .. I have seen lot of whites and asians doing the same or more bigger cheating. Also just for your information, some indians also cheat foriegners and one famous one is a lady who cheated a US person showing Aishwarya Rais photo, pretending it to be hers.. ( was in paper ) so please dont categorise.. so that it wont hurt any community or race..

Yes, Black people are cheaters . I seen them in Mumbai also. Be alert with these people. I will suggest you that be alert with any body in financial matters
