did anybody watch vh1?

I watched Vh1 last nite. There was a band performed. I didnt know anythg bput em but I just remembe the lyric " How to save a life" please tell me anything bout the band n the song. thxx!

Its the Fray....they do a great song called " In over my head"

That was The Fray. I saw them in concert, they were pretty cool. I'm not sure but I thought they were pretty chill and relaxed, not cocky, but i could be wrong.
