Well, Benfica will have the edge, cuz ManU are under pressure at Old Trafford. I agree, Miccolli will be difficult to deal with, and i'm not a fan of either club, but i will be backing MAN U, just cuz Benfica have a reputation of knocking out the English Clubs.

Man utd. Cause they are playing at home and they are more determined than previous season where they were wiped out of the tournament and finished bottom of the group. They lost 2-1 at the final fixture and Man utd. will surely seek revenge for the shame they endured.
They have also bolstered their squad with top-class signings like Vidic and Carrick, and also with the emerging talents like Richardson and C.Ronaldo to provide extra depth in quality within the squad. Benfica remained pretty much unchanged.
