It seems to be more conservative on this board in the early morning and becomes liberal later in the morning. Is this because conservatives are up early for work and the liberals are sleeping in because they don't have jobs?

My daddy doesn't own a business. I worked a full time job while I went to college to get both of my degrees.

I know my logic is flawed, it was more of a joke. But it does tend to be more conservative in the early morning.

That would be my guess. It is hard to get up when you spent the night in your mom's basement and smoking crack/playing playstation.

No ,thats not the answer . Liberals head of to work just like everyone else . They use the bosses computer all day to answer questions and play games on yahoo . Those people who have gone to college and gotten a degree sit in an office with a liberal education and spend all day ripping ,the conservatives who hired them to work, off .
A true conservative is to busy following all the company rules in an effort to get ahead and enjoy the benefits of working hard kissing butt and reporting others for breaking the rules .

I am certainly not conservative and I am online early in the morning but this is an interesting observation that I am going to keep track of too.

No, not really. I've noticed in life that there are morning people and night owls. Morning people tend to be more conservative. Whereas night owls tend to be more liberal. Why that is. I don't know.

I'm a so-called liberal who works overnights, so I am sleeping when all the conservatives are up and answering. Thank God.

BTW, if you want to be snotty about it, the only reason the conservatives seem to have all the jobs is because their daddies own the companies.

You can't paint all liberals with one brush. I, too, worked full-time during college, earned my degree, and am working full-time now to earn my second one.

That arguement is actually quite ludicrous. That argument could too easily be twisted in the other direction: Perhaps Conservatives wake up early because they have no jobs and Liberals don't get on Y!A until after work.

Not saying that's true either. Not for the general group, anyway...

Sounds like a good explanation.
I would be the exception though, I am not conservative by any means and I get up around 5:45AM during the week. But, it is definitely not by choice. My job makes me.

I can only speak for myself and say I have been at work at 7am.

Oh wait I get it now, this was just another lame way to bash liberals, so clever.

Sorry if I was rude to you, I tend to be cranky so early in the morning.

I have noticed it is more CIVIL earlier in the morning, and becomes more RUDE as the kiddies get up.

But your idea works for me.

It could be. The problem is that the work the conservatives are doing is to create more problems.
