The boss I have at the minute is a good woman.
Can't say the same about some previous bosses... the lady I worked for at the restaraunt at my first job was initially quite nice to me, but she hated this particular girl that we worked with and she was just a total demon, so much so that I actually stood up for her one time and she never spoke to me after that - she didn't snap at my colleague so much though, thank god.
Well I've had a few devils but none that are classy enough for Prada. More like Shoefayre.

I don't now...but I did 5 years ago.
I walked in first day, and she and her assistant were to take me and a girl named Paige to lunch. She was hired after me, so I had never met her.
When I saw that they were there, I said "hi, nice to meet you, I'm Barb". She said "Where's Paige?" and didn't even look at me.
We went to lunch, and she talked to my coworker the whole time about their divorces. When she saw that I was eating most of my lunch, she said "You eat? I can't believe that someone so skinny actually eats". After lunch, I wanted to hit the bathroom before we left. She gave me this smug look--like I was going to purge! Please...
I would always be nice to her when I saw her, but she would always avert her gaze from me. Whenever I had a success at work, she would just state it was "because she is cute".
Blah, blah, blah...so glad to get rid of her! My boss now is very secure and empowered.
