That is a free (shareware) converter that will convert from just about everything to just about everything. Like the above answer mentions, MIDI files cannot be converted to MP3 without shelling out some serious cash (and MP3 cannot be converted to MIDI at all, as far as I know). There are a multitude of programs for this, I beleive that jet audio can convert most audio to mp3, but midis cant be converted without a very expensive program.

Windows media player can convert cd's to mp3, nero media player can concert wma and wav to mp3's.

If you can get a hold of a copy, the best one I've found is Cdex 1.30 (though I'm sure there's a more recent verson out there). Does about anything......
Other wise, I'm sure there are freebies out there that do the same thing....
