Can you tell me step by step[ how do i have to use DVD shrink?

I put the DVD on and I presse backup and nothing is happaning.I dunno what to do.I also have the version copy to DVD
Please help.

I go to backup and the computer freezes ands dvd shrink closes.

Insert the DVD.
Open the software.
Click the last icon on the top.
Drag and drop files to the left side from right.
Click on backup to backup the files.

open disc first.
this will enable the backup button, then press it.
follow prompts to copy your dvd
