Check the equipment to see if it is dual voltage (111/240v). This is unusual for electrical items sold in the USA. Assuming it is not dual voltage, you will need to purchase a voltage convertor. This can be purchased in the States so you can probably buy one online. If you cannot source one from a UK supplier try WalMart. With the convertor you will not need an adaptor since it is designed for Americans to use their electrical equipment in Britain. Until you get the convertor DO NOT use the Wii.

Assuming it has a transformer in the Wii which allows 115/240v 50/60hz, all you will need is an adapter socket USA (female)to UK (male).

ugggghhh, you need to check if the power supply on the Wii has a 230v/110v switch.... if so it would be switched to 110v (american) voltage and you'll need to switch that to 230v (european) voltage.
if not..... then you have a BIG problem, the voltage isn't right, you will need a 230v to 110v transformer, I don't know where you would get one for domestic usage (110v is used on building sites so some industrial transformers will be available).
if you can switch the voltage on the back then you just need to put an english plug on to the lead, or get a travel converter for switching the plug type. But DONT plug a 110v machine into the 230v Mains or you'll be throwing away your money!
