I have applied for a name: studio krea Pvt LTD.AT R.O.C BANGALORE,,R.O.C. SAYS THAT THERE IS A CO BY NAME STUDIO CREATIONS Pvt Ltd AND ASKED FOR SUGGESTING ANOTHER NAME.iS THERE AN APPEAL AGAINST THIS?IF SO TO WHOM/

If already, the name is registered, you can not do much about it. Even if you go for appeal, the appellate authority, will also, tell you same thing.
Only option is, if that company is not in operation, you can buy the name from that person, who has registered it.
