my 6yr old got some heeled boots for her b/day lst month, my kitchen floor is grey now it has black marks on from her boots which is hard to get out, and my laminate in the room the same aswell, so she is banned from wearing them in the house now!

No, but I used to be a childminder. We had just had new vinyl laid on the kitchen floor and when the children's mum came to collect her children she walked into my kitchen with high heels on, when she left my new floor was completely ruined.

I did that on my parkay floor in my kitchen from wearing stilettos.
I always go barefoot in the house now.

well did she do it on purpose? is she your friend or family? well if it they make wood filler to fill in cracks and then you can get a stain and stain your floors.
