Loads, I imagine. If the penalties were low, I imagine there might even be the odd guy who'd take the fall for it for the sake of a safe abortion for his girlfriend.
'pepperkittyn' has a rather idealistic and simplistic view of what happens during and after a rape, to put it mildly. How much do you think women struggle if they're drunk, have been drugged, etc? And, yeah, every single one goes rushing to the ER, and nobody's ever been imprisoned for it on the basis of next to nothing, and... Yeesh.
Not very reliable or authoritative, but:
"One startling point in the paper was that no reliable statistics exist on the frequency of false rape claims: "As a scientific matter, the frequency of false rape complaints to police or other legal authorities remains unknown.""
http://lawprofessors.typepad.com/crimprof_blog/2004/12/2_false_rape_st.html
I imagine you'd multiply that "unknown" by quite a bit.

To imprison a man on rape charges, there has to be some kind of evidence (DNA). A cop or judge isn't going to just a take a woman's word for it.
Women who are pregnant, but later claim they were raped didn't act like a raped woman... THE MOMENT YOU ARE RAPED, you need to go to the ER. Whether it was someone you know, or someone you didn't, the technicians and doctors at the ER can tell if someone was made to have sex by force, due to trauma of the vaginal and cervical tissues.
In addition to a DNA scraping, though, the hospital will deliver drugs to the woman that will prevent STDs and pregnancy.
I think that it would be very hard to imprison a man if your scenerio was the case. If she didn't have any proof that she was raped (hospital reports or police reports), I think that a judge worth his or her weight would throw it out, considering how many of them there would be.
**EDIT**
I think that if you were drugged or under the influence of something, they would be able to find that, too, thus adding to a woman's case, however, unless you go to ER the moment you are able, you have little credibility, if any. It's hard to imprison a guy NOW, even WITH evidence. They best chance you've got is to get to the ER and call the cops as soon as you're able to.

I'd say that there be one hell of a pile of innocent men in jail. Women accuse men of rape all the time, and it doesn't need dna to prove it. It does boil down to "her word against his", and if she's a good actress on the stand, the man has no hope of proving his innocence. It'd be a travesty if something like this was reality.
