remember seeing something on TV about this a few weeks back, apparently the quality is extremely poor, quite a few people have had problems with the frame breaking or the front forks snapping

The Jailing factory in china was set up under honda supervision, the bikes are basic but well made. As long as they are maintained they are perfectley reliable. change the oil, set the tappets etc and you wont have any problems. I know several people who have them, I know one with 22000 miles on the clock that has taken three young ladies through their tests. I am considering buying a 200 trials to dot about on in the spring.

Listen to the first guy....

The Chinese have no copyright laws - so they blueprint other designs and use subpar materials to save money and sell it for cheap. In Egypt, people's cars were carreening off roads because the "Ford" brakes bought from China were made from....WOOD PULP!!!

Ive had one of the other Chinese made pocketbikes. Three of them actually. Two broke frames (not from wrecking either - from normal use!) and the other one wouldnt stay running....

Go with a used Honda or be prepared to throw your money away.

As there are many making this type of Bike some good but some are not so good,i have been factory's making this and what i saw where ok.So go to a dealer that gives you warranty on your Made in China motor bike that way you have somewhere to go to if problems.I see many on the road every day they load them up with every thing you can think of from water bottles to gas bottles plus many have 3 on one motor bike.I work in China for now.

i wouldnt bother, parts are hard to get, hard to get a manual. ive known a few girls who have had them because they seemed cheap n cheerful they vibrate a lot and have to be maintained constantly stick with honda if your gonna get something that has the same design. ive got a triumph tt600 and a suzuki gsxr 750 slingshot at the mo nothin against the chinese but japanese are better than chinese motorcycles anyday

They are cheap, very cheap - so the build quality and finish reflect that.

The paint and chrome will flake off within a season, the electrics are iffy and the quality of the metal and alloys used is very poor.

But hey, you can pick 'em up for around £600-£800 brand new. Keep it for a year, scrap it, then get another one.

Don't buy anything with a made in China badge on it if you want it to work. I bought a cheap quad and small motorcyle and the parts had to be banged together and the engines kept on stopping????
Buy Japanese it must be the way their eyes slant!! They can see better when building!!! Ha ha ha!

i had a hongdou 125 befor my big uns.... loved it... took more crap than an unloved ginger stepchild (forgive the saying) but when she did break.... parts were harder to find than virgins in a chav housing estate.... if you can get one try it but your better of saving the little extra and getting a second hand honda... those things are older than my jokes but keep on going
