for a 13 year old tho , if he does like 30 pushups and situps a day...can his growth spurt like slow down or something?

Pushups r good 2 do..
Bt lifting very heavy weights can slow down ur growth.
If u want 2 join Gym, join when u r atleast 18 years old!...

YA i agree for u i have a idea I have been using the hoodia gordonii for about 2 1/2 weeks and I am simply amazed. It took about a week for me to start noticing a real difference,

Yep...if you are in your teens, picking too much weight can slow down your process of getting taller.

Not at all. It will build his bones in which he will become stronger and his body will not settle down which gives you the illusion of "shrinking"
