There is no such thing as "womankind."

No, we will not colonize the moon. We will probably set up research stations there. Some people will live there for extended periods, but this is not "colonization." A permanently-occupied base is not "colonization," either.

There is no "population problem" on earth.

the moon is gonna be colonized a lil later with the increasing population problems here in earth

Perhaps, but we would first have to fix the moon up, make it stable enough to live on, build air-tight homes and businesses. Also, we may have to recreate an atmosphere for it.
