a friend of 3 months didn't want to be friends anymore after a serious argument (our first fight ever) and she said that she didn't want to keep in contact. should i contact her first, or just leave her be and give her space to think things through. i've already given her 2 weeks to think and she's still acting the same. i don't think she's over it. do i need to just wait for her to contact me first? or just lose her?

Always try your hardest before giving up. Two weeks is a long time to mad at someone unless it was very serious. If you were at fault the best you can do is apologize and really mean it.. But if she doesn't accept it after this long then she probably won't because the worst thing a man can do to a woman after he makes her mad is aggrevate her with apologies.. So try your best and if that don't work then let her go.

Try to give her more time, but make sure you give her enough space before contacting her again. I'm in a very similar situation, and I hope that my friend will come around and contact me again. I hope your friend will do the same too. Good luck and best wishes.

She said she didnt want to be friends anymore. I dont understand your confusion. It's not your choice anymore. If she decides that her decision to end your friendship was a bad one, she will call you back. Otherwise you are not entitled to anything. move on and leave her alone. It doesnt matter if she is over it or not, she made a decision and you need to respect it whether you like it or not.

3 months isn't very long but from what i see you have become close. Try mentioning to her that you would like to talk to her to solve the problem and tell that you want it to be like it was before. I'm sure she will be happy to know that you are willing to make things right.

Let her be the one to make amends. It might sound mean spirited but, some people like the thought of making someone grovel.

Just give her time. It's not really in your court anymore, if she wants to continue, she'll let you know.
