I am sure that any type of cat will eat any type of bird they can catch.
Whether eagles are regularly on the menu is another question.
But I remember seeing a picture of a cougar with a young eagle.

Cats are opportunistic predators, so they might attack anything that is smaller than them if the opportunity arises. An eagle is a little too large for house cats, bobcats and lynx, and probably not worth the effort for a mountain lion. Most cats will never encounter an eagle in their entire life time because wild cats generally hunt in the dark and eagles roost in trees when it is dark - so the two species are unlikely to cross paths. Even an injured eagle that is on the ground could shred a cats' face with its talons if the cat got close enough.
