Depends if it was only the two of them or if their counterparts (tools, machines) got into the mix. Bob seems older, so he may not be able to win against Manny one-on-one. But, Bob has machines to help, while Manny has those tools which don't take direction very well, so if it was a free for all, I'd put my bet on Bob. :)
