We here in America have the right to freedom of speech, freedom of press and freedom of religion. As it is written I don't see America ever being a harmonious and equal country. Given you are allowed to believe whatever you want and say whatever you want, even if it is offensive to others. I have met all kinds of cultures of people, asked them what they think and listened to their thoughts on such things. Some of what they told me surprised me. Does America really have a chance to succeed in this?

i think we rely too heavily on the constitution. I think it was written at a time when America was very different than it is today. I think the founding fathers would have wanted us to revisit and revise it. Some people consider it sacred, like the bible, untouchable. I dont believe that was its intention.

It is the greatest document ever written! I include the Gospel The Koran and the Torah as documents.

I don't think harmony among people has anything to do with the Constitution. I think it's all about human nature.

no, it does not mater about what is written because it is in peoples nature to form a comity from what thy believe in,
therefore there is no way to get unity without destroying peoples beliefs, the only way that we can get unity is to have no religion, colour or borders etc.

Tish is right... we will just have to live in disharmony, that is our choice, and we love it. No dictator going to tell us we have to all agree... or be killed!
