You can not force people to ring you, so the question is irrelevant in some respects. Also, the number of calls that you answer per day will be effected by the nature and duration of the calls that you are taking.

What you can do is set targets based on time to answer. E.G. within 3 rings. You might also set a percentage positive outcome to measure your call handling proficiency.
