Think about it...billions spent on the space telescope and what have we got to show for it? that big blurry thing 200 billion light years is now a big slightly less blurry thing that is still just as far away...wooopppieeedooo!!

Seriously do you need pictures of stars in goggling technicolour? If I ever think I do, I just have a look at my Starfield screensaver...good enough for me!!

However, the worlds most powerful Kaleidoscope, now that is a useful application of the technology that the world would benefit from

Oh yes Ichi! I happen to love pictures of dancing stars, but that's just me. A Kaleidoscope, however....could be filled with beautiful jewels! If you need any help with this plan, count me in!

Looks good on paper, but you're going to have a lot of people fried out of acid and pot heads blocking the view from weeping little children.

Great idea but I think you should also include a hubble bubble machine in the plan, if it's not too much toil and trouble...

just put many fruit loops inside the Hubble..that will be a color full show..
