If you are close to Bangalore or likely to visit there, I'd find out the location of those call center companies who employ Indians to answer technical questions coming from the United States. The employees there have difficult jobs. They have to understand the American (and possibly British) vernacular. They have to acquire the American/British accent and idom so that they can be understood. They have had to demonstrate some English skills before they were hired and probably had to attend training courses.

I am certain the employees would be able to give you advice on institutes and other courses that have helped them. It's possible that the human relations people who hire Indians for the job could be a good source. Or, the employees themselves. Maybe you can ask them as they leave work. Keep in mind that most of them will be working on United States and United Kingdom time zones.
