My favourite snack.
toast two slices of bread on one side,flip em
over, spread butter on,place slices of fresh
tomato on the bread then sprinkle
Italian herb seasoning on the tomato slices,
and then put a generous handful of mature cheddar on top.
Put under the grill until golden brown.delicious
