I can't give you traditional conservative principles in three words. But, I can lay it out for you in three points.
1. Balance the budget
2. Streamline the government
3. Effectively manage the country's affairs.
You can see why the Bush administration is losing support from the conservative base. He has failed to achieve all three basic conservative principles during his term in office.
